To ensure you select the ideal option, we strongly advise scheduling a complimentary consultation with us before booking any appointment. This allows you & your stylist to explore your preferences, vision and budget, guiding you towards the most suitable package to achieve those hair goals!

Our New You, Revive & Glow packages have been meticulously tailored to match your unique needs backed up by decades of industry experience - don’t worry if you’ve had a Balayage service, Root Melt or a Sunkissed appointment in the past, our packages encompass a wide range of techniques using traditional methods all under one clear price bracket, per level of stylist.

How long will my appointment take?

Whether it's a quick touch-up appointment or a transformative New You package, we may occasionally experience delays, so we sincerely appreciate your patience. Depending on the desired outcome, colour treatments can range from 2 to 4 hours. If you're pressed for time, please let us know, and we can provide you with one of our express services to accommodate your schedule.

Which Stylist is right for me?

We boast a fantastic team at Paint and Powder, united by a passion for beautiful hair. Our prices are reflective of the experience each team member brings to the table. How should I prepare for my appointment?

Feel free to bring along inspo’ pictures to your appointment, we love seeing clients pintrest boards and screenshots as they provide brilliant reference points for achieving your desired hair goals. This clarity helps us determine the most suitable package for you.

Additionally, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair and allowing ample time to reach us. Please note that we cannot always accommodate late arrivals and may effect the service we can provide.

I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment.

We understand unexpected things can happen, and there may be times when you're unable to keep your appointment. You can reach us through the "Contact" section on our website or by giving us a call on 01785 243131

Cancellation Period: We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling, this allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 48hrs notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This fee is calculated at 50% of the total appointment value, including any deposit.

No Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice or any communication will be charged a cancellation fee. This is calculated at 70% of the total appointment value, including any deposit.

I’m a regular guest, how does the new Hair Menu effect me?

The New You, Revive & Glow packages have been designed to eliminate the jargon regarding hair services, however, if you are a returning guest & are unsure how your previous service translates to our new way of working - either call the Salon directly or head to the ‘‘Contact’’ page with your questions and we will be happy to discuss.

What hair care products do you use?

Our preferred choice for hair colouring is Schwarzkopf Professional. Additionally, we offer a range of hair care products for home use, featuring brands such as Authentic Beauty Concept, R&Co, and K18.

Do you offer Extensions as a service?

Yes, we offer extension services at our salon, led by Maria, our extension specialist. To explore the various options, you can schedule a consultation with Maria by selecting the extension consultation option in the booking menu.

Do you offer Wedding or special occasion Hair services?

Yes, we do offer bridal and wedding services, however these are exclusively within our salon - we do not offer out-of-salon services. We highly recommend scheduling a consultation prior to booking for all bridal inquiries to ensure we tailor our services to your specific needs. Additionally, we provide dry styling options such as waves, curls, and updos - perfect for a night out or any special occasion.
